For our gravlax, we use the same high-quality Norwegian salmon as for all our other salmon products. After the salmon has been smoked using oak and beech wood, it is marinated with dill and pepper using a special method. This gives the gravlax a wonderfully herby flavor - perfect for special occasions. It can be served as carpaccio or eaten 'Scandinavian style' with knäckebröd (crispbread). Our salmon is ASC-certified and comes from sustainable fisheries.
