- 2 freshly baked bagels
- 4 – 6 slices of gravlax
- 2.8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp coarse mustard
- ½ red onion, in rings
- 1 radish, thinly sliced
- Fresh dill
- Honey mustard sauce
Makes two generously filled gravlax bagels.
1. Bake the bagels according to the instructions on the packaging and allow these to cool slightly. Then cut the bagels through the middle.
2. Mix the cream cheese with the mustard and spread a generous layer of this mixture onto the bagels. Add about 2 to 3 slices of gravlax per bagel.
3. Garnish with red onion, fresh dill, and radish, and serve the honey mustard sauce in a dressing bowl.
