Ingredients
- 6 – 9 slices of flame-roasted smoked salmon
- 3 slices of bread (thickly sliced)
- 3.2 oz cream cheese for spreading
- ½ red onion, in thinly sliced rings
- Arugula
Preparation
Makes three sandwiches with salmon
Take a slice of bread, spread it with a generous layer of cream cheese, add some red onion and arugula, and finish it off with 2 or 3 slices of salmon. Repeat with the two other slices of bread and serve at room temperature for the best flavor.
